The affordable
hotel alternative
These fully self-catered apartments and studios exist since 2001. They are spotlessly clean, fully furnished, and, for Amsterdam,
palatial!
For a weekend or longer holiday,
the comfort, convenience and affordability of these apartments is
unsurpassed. You will find complete quiet and privacy while being
located immediately adjacent to Centraal Station, the city's
transportation hub; Damrak; Dam Square; some of the city's busiest
shopping streets and the Warmoesstraat, Amsterdam's most famous red light
district - all at less then comparable hotel accommodations.
The furnishings of both the
apartments and the studios have been chosen with great care to provide
a charming, home-away-from-home ambiance. Double-glazed windows
throughout ensure quiet.
Pets are not allowed in the
apartments nor in the studios, since the scale of the neighbourhood
and the lack of near by open space makes them unsuitable.
Handicapped Access is
unfortunately very difficult. All units have stairs.
Telephone: Coin phones, fax and
phone services at the corner. Card phones throughout the neighbourhood.
Internet: E-mail and web
facilities are in the area.
Apartments
These Apartments are fully furnished, with private entrance. Each
Apartment accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
All Apartments have main room/kitchen-,
sleep-, shower- and toilet areas.
All include cable-tv,
stereo-tape and cd-player, fridge and microwave. Also in addition we
have a safe box and video (extra costs).
Studios
These spacious studios are fully furnished and also with private
entrance. The studios each accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The
large mainroom which includes cable-tv, stereo-tape-cd player and
fridge with microwave on top, also acts as sleeping area.
The small kitchen as well as the
shower/toilet are separate areas. Also in addition we have a safe box
and video (extra costs).
Accommodation
Since we equiped the accommodation with micro waves, your stay is much
cheaper than a hotel room because you eat AT HOME.
